Overread Lead-In and Lead-Out box - check or leave unchecked

    Hi all.

My 2nd and I hope last question. I have dbpoweramp now set up.

Accuraterip has calibrated my sample offset at +102 and is set.

I want to get a Plextor drive next, but am learning with my current CD Drive.

    I have Manufacturer: MATSHITA
    CD Drive: DVD-RAM UJ-850S
    Firmware: 1.20
    Serial: 70219UKMEMB88043067
    Maximum Speed: 4234 KB/sec (x24)
    Current Speed: 4234 KB/sec (x24)
    Spin-down After: 32 seconds
    Buffer Size: 2 MB
    Accurate Stream: Yes
    C2 Error Pointers: Yes
    Reads ISRC: Yes
    Reads UPC: Yes

•Overread Lead-In and Lead-Out: Unchecked in most cases.
Check "Overread Lead-In and Lead-Out" only if the test result says that your drive can overread from both the Lead-In and Lead-Out, or if it says Lead-Out and your offset correction is positive ,or if it says Lead-In and your offset correction is negative. Otherwise disable (uncheck) it.

How do i run a test or know if i need to check or leave this box (Lead-in / Lead -out) unchecked?

    Regards

    Craig
