NOD32 finds Win32/Injector.FBB trojan during installation

I can't complete the installation because my anti-virus NOD32 from eset.com is reporting a trojan. I'm installing on a Win 7 64 bit. After NOD32 makes the notification, I get the following from your installer:
Cannot install 'C:\Program Files (x86)\Illustrate\dBpoweramp\windowsXPRemovePropHan dler.exe' , disk may be full.

Full NOD32 message:
3/7/2011 4:03:13 PM Real-time file system protection file C:\Users\zAdmin1\AppData\Local\Temp\InsE351.tmp a variant of Win32/Injector.FBB trojan cleaned by deleting - quarantined W701\zAdmin1 Event occurred on a file modified by the application: C:\Temp\dMC-R14-Ref-Registered.exe.

It is a false positive, you might want to report to nod.
