Registered Downloads missing

After initiating the registration retrieval and entering the catchpa I receive a blank section where I would expect my download links to be. I am trying to find the cost of upgrading my R13.5 reference to R14.

Often the order number for AMG (PerfectMeta) renewal is used, hence the blank section, try the lost order number link to find all your order numbers.

Thanks Spoon. That was it, I had put my AMG renewal order number not my power pack reference upgrade.
