WMA 10 Pro Release 7 deleted my codecs!!

After installing the for XP, I found that NONE of my older wmv's would play properly. They had been sabotaged. This is not the first time I've seen this. A similar download wiped out all my Indeo codecs. I guess they think they will decide what you will and will not use!
Fortunately, this old dude set a restore point before installing it. Jerks.

You installed a Microsoft codec install...it was not written by us.
