Constant error message when ripping CD

I can no longer rip music from any CDs without getting an error message which says "Error ripping to FLAC" then the file path and a second line saying "Error unable to open file" and the file path again.

Would you, by any chance, have foobar open while ripping?

I used to listen to music while ripping and, ever since foobar began monitoring folders, I would sometimes get this error message.
