    Downloading problem

    Windows 7

    I recently purchased a new PC and I contacted Illustrate about transfering The software to my new PC. I did as instructed to download from the registration page. The result of the download was a "getreg.aspx" file. If I try to open it, it can't find a program to open it. What's up with that?

    Your internet browser is set to the wrong security level, it should display getreg.aspx, not download it.

        I had the same problem when using Firefox as my default browser. I temporarily changed my default browser to Internet Explorer, clicked the download URL in my email again, and then this time I was able to downloaded the desired file rather than get the "getreg.aspx" issue again.

          I have the same problem with firefox but in explorer its ok.
