Building my Digital Collection at Warp Speed

I am finally fed up with my low quality mp3 collection.
I have about 500 CDs. I have just started ripping them w/ DBPA and realized how long this is going to take. I have looked into robotic changers, different automation devices and CD polishers for my scratched CDs and it all seems too expensive and time consuming..
I am SURE that the collective members here at this forum already have a perfectly ripped copy of every one of my CDs. Why should we all re-create the wheel? If we all work together ripping CDs then the process will be MUCH shorter. For example, 50 people rip 10 CDs - we are done..
I bet there is already many groups doing this but I am new. I am open to suggestions as to how to coordinate such an effort. Please pm me if you are interested or can tell me any info.

    Thanks,
    Mark

oh my. I wish I only had 500 to rip. I'm on a project to rip 5,000. the bad news is that I ripped all these years ago at mp3 192 CBR. That took forever, now I'm on a quest to do it all over again in FLAC. Oh well. 10 a day and I'll be done in about 9 months.
