PowerPack - Audio Properties not working
Hello, I'm an owner of the Power Pack and I'm having a problem with my Explorer extension.
The Audio Properties tab is not working. However, hovering over the file works. See the screenshots at the end of the post.
I'm running Windows 7 Ultimate x64. I run Microsoft Security Essentials and PrevX for antivirus/antimalware - I don't have a virus. I have tried to see if it's because the file is on a shared network folder; I moved it to my desktop and it still doesn't work. Happens to MP3 and AAC files alike. :cry:
I have completely uninstalled everything, run the cleaning tool, and reinstalled latest version. Didn't help.
I can get you a Process Monitor trace or anything else you need to debug this - I work in IT.
