Hi,
When I try to use the registration retrieval it doesn't offer me a download link. It recognises my user name and shows my name & email address correctly. However, there's just blank space beneath the line "<Name>, Your registered Downloads: " and the next thing I see i the option to change my email address.
What could cause this problem? I've tried with Firefox (3.6) and IE 8 and I've also set the page as a trusted page and disable security but I still get the same problem !
