WorldPay failing, how do I know if I've been billed?

Hi,

Just tried buying dBpoweramp reference, entered everything did the verifiedbyvisa and now it's just timing out going back to WorldPay.

Who do I need to speak to to find out if this transaction has been taken because I've not received any emails and it won't show as a transaction on my bank statements yet?
