If I use the CD Ripper, the Tags will be found from the Internet. However after ripping, under Windows explorer, the visibility of the tags is very inconsistent. Example: theTrack Name will not be visible or the tracks are not numbered. Has anybody else problems with this ?

Re: Problem with ID Tags
Well, I have just ripped another CD. WMA lossless all tags taken correctly. MP3: Some song titles missing, some Genre missing, wrong numbering, Some Years missing. If I right click at this stage the info that is not visible in the windows explorer (XP V3) is also not in the properties. I then complete the missing info in the properties. If I then copy the MP3 files into another folder, some of the titles dissapear again, but this time only in the explorer view. In the properties they are included. I then have to retype the info in again and save in order to see the info in the explorer......

Re: Problem with ID Tags
The other way around is true, Windows has poor compatibility with the mp3 standards out there...It seems that Poweramp is not fully compatible with the Windows Explorer and the Windows Tags??Comment
