How do I Activate PerfectMeta...?

So I just bought dBpoweramp (again) and was directed:

Activate PerfectMeta (AMG, GD3 & MusicBrainz) Internet Meta Data Access
(after installing dBpoweramp, order number: xxxxxxxx)

When I use dbconfig and click on the [ Renew Access ], it just takes me to the registration page.

OK, I'm a dummy - help?

You bought the full version or an upgrade from say R12 to R13?
