new to dbpoweramp...need a little help?

Hi,
This is a great software! I am really liking it. I was peviously using EAC thought I would give this a try.
I am on the trial version currently. Two questions:
1. I have no Musicbrainz option. When going to "review perfect metamatches" MusicBrainz provides no tag info. It has a greyed out icon on top. All the other are present. How do I get this to function?? It has been this way for multiple CD rips.

2. I ran into a CD which could not be ripped. I got the red box with a frame error and an insecure rip. What are the options here? I tried to clean the disc. still didnt work. Is the only other option to try to do an burst mode rip and see what happens?

1. 24 hours ago our Musicbrainz server was having difficulties, this has been recified, but today will be up/down as it is updated to latest versions.

2. If you want a secure rip your option is to get another disc. Burst ripping would have errors.
