Help Please!!

I was Having problems with a earlier version (tagging) giving me errors.. so i upgraded to the R13 version.. and now it will not let me edit the tags. i can change things but it wont show up on mouse over file. what i have changed is still there. why!!!!! And dbpoweramp email gets sent back no mailbox!!!
go figure!

Uninstall R13, reboot Windows and reinstall R13.
