    Need Help

    Had free trail on my computer from last July. I purchased Power Pack R13 this evening, but removed the free version first and restarted my computer before dowmloading the registered version.

    When I try to use it to convert to mp3 I get a screen that says my free trial has expired.

    I have never purchased a service that did not have a formal help desk or phone number to call and find this very frustrating. I'm trying to not look that this!
