    Mishap in Kitchen

I have one of those presure cookers, well last week it decided to go all funny, the steam vent must have blocked because the pressure build up, it blew one of its safety valves and deposited my stew all over the kitchen ceiling! What a sight...

heheh yea that happened to me once to.. scared the SH!T outa me. not to mention the instant re-decoration of the roof. Looks worse than vomit .. but smells lots better, so that's a small benefit.

I always make sure the valve is clear and not blocked now.. also the moment it starts hissing, I wait 3 minutes then turn off the hotplate, that way i know the food is cooked just how i like it, and the pressure doesn't get to high then.

hehehe. I hope your house isn't painted with LEAD based paint

For emergencies like that, i think talking to a fast response unit on the phone is faster, i think you may have heard of them.. PIZZA HUT
