Tracks Intended To Be Played Together Without Pause

For example:

The Beatles - Abbey Road - 14 - Golden Slumbers.wav
The Beatles - Abbey Road - 15 - Carry That Weight.wav
The Beatles - Abbey Road - 16 - The End.wav

should be played continuously without pause. How can I encode this so that my ipod - or whatever device for that matter will play it that way? Even better would be if it would logically act as one track so that a shuffle or random select would play the three as one. This kind of thing shows up a lot in my collection.

Use 'Rip as One' (R13 CD Ripper) and rip those 3 tracks are one track.
