Can't register

I installed dmc r13 on my new pc but cannot register. I used the registration retrieval tool which shows a download button to r12.4 and an offer to upgrade to r13. But I already upgraded weeks ago. How do I resolve this so I can register? Please include all steps.

Also, please confirm that to get r13.1 I have to answer no when asked whether I want uninstall the r13.

You need to use the order number of the upgrade, not the first purchase.

R13.1 is in beta right now, so yes install over the top of r13 registered.
