I'm trying to update pro, but the system tells me my order number is invalid. I'm reading it right off of my order email.....wassup?

It takes 1 to 2 weeks for a new order to appear in this retrieval database, until then download your program from the link provided in the email receipt,

The order is from many months ago. I am trying to update and being told my number is invalid.
