I just purchased dBpoweramp Reference, downloaded the install file dMC-R12.4-Ref-Registered.exe, installed it, and when I try to convert a file it says:
Error converting to mp3 (Fraunhofer IIS), '**file name**' to '**file name**'
mp3 (Fraunhofer) requires a dBpoweramp Reference license to encode mp3 files.
I've re-run the installation, rebooted a few times, and added the All Media Guide (which I don't need). The dBpoweramp Configurtion window opens and says:
dBpoweramp Music Converter Release 12.4, Registration Status, Reference: Registered
But when I right click my files to convert the dBpoweramp window opens with:
License Details, Ref. Component Requires dBpoweramp Reference [Register]
AMG lists 364 days remaining for its license.
What's going on? BTW I'm running Windows Vista.
