Is anybody know how to work with ape-files. I downloaded some cd-image files, but its are not iso-format or someone else, its have extention APE. Is anyway to convert this or rename? How to burn CD from ape-file?

You need dBpowerAMP Music Converter and Monkeys Audio (ug ug ug) from Codec Central, all on this site.
You might also want to take a look at dBpowerAMP CD Writer, it will burn direct from Ape to CD (save you converting to wave first). -
