Cannot open program and registration is paid

This evening i downloaded dppoweramp music converter and also downloaded the AMG file, but no shortcut appears on desktop, and cannot open the program as i keep getting sent into a loop. Advice please what can be done. I paid my money now i want the program.

Do you get the shortcuts in your start menu?
What kind of loop are you in?

Are you saving the downloads to your hard drive or are you trying to open them instead?
