Registration Email hasn't come

It's been about 45 minutes and the registration email hasn't arrived yet. I still have my order number, and I tried to use the page to refresh your registration but it is rejecting my order number.

I verified on the receipt that the email I entered was correct, and I verified that the email did not end up in my spam filter.

Anyone know how long to expect it to take?

The redownload page on this site takes a week or two get your order number on the system. We do not send out the e-mails, SWREG does. Did you pay with a CC? Did you enter the correct order number? Try contacting SWREG and see what they have to say.

Yes I paid by credit card, and I copied & pasted the order from my confirmation.
