error my song is copyritten, and i downloaded paid and installed for everything, but i am still getting an error, i downloaded music from verizon, and i want to convert it this is my error.,.,.

We do not have Microsofts keys to unlock the file, we simply cannot read copyprotected files.

Can you use Windows Media Player to burn to an audio cd and then rip the cd again to whatever you want?
