How to play all MP3's of an album with "authentic" gaps

    Hello,

I just started to experiment with dbpowerAMP Reference R12.1 yesterday and the first impressions are promising.

The question is, a) can I play a bunch of mp3 files ripped with dbpowerAMP Reference in WinAmp v2.x so that it sounds like the original album when played in the cd player, and b) what settings / preconditions must be used to achieve this?

I understand that CUE sheets are currently not supported, but I use EAC to create a WAV/FLAC image for archiving so a CUE sheet is existing (and there are Winamp plugins supporting CUE sheets). So basically I'm ripping my discs twice, once with EAC to get the image with CUE Sheet, and another time with dbpowerAMP Reference for the individual tracks.

Please note this question is not about gapless playback. I want the gaps to be played as long as they have been originally on the CD. Is this feasible?

By default the gaps will be at the end of the files ripped.
