What is the easiest way to edit a large amount of mp3 files, so I can see it in the ipod

What do you mean so you ipod can see them? Do you mean transfer your songs to the iPod?

When I transfer my mp3 files from the pc to the ipod A lot of songs lost the id tags and only appear the track number or part the information is missing, example only the artist name or song name

Do you MP3 files all have correct tags? Where did your mp3 files come from?

What software are you using to transfer songs?

The songs came from my cd´s, and from a Friend play list.
I transfer the songs with the itunes,
what will be the correct id tag ? ?

By "correct tag" I mean do they have the correct artist, album, track name, etc?

By correct Id tag I want to said the idtag that i need to use and do not lose the information when the song is transfer from the pc to the ipod

The files that don't show up properly, are you sure they have correct tags? Right-click on the file in iTunes to see its information aka tags.

I'm not sure the question was answered here. What is the best way to bulk edit ID3 tags? I used to have an app bundled with Nero (can't recall which) that allowed this. I have a situation where I have a bunch of mp3s I converted from FLAC that have no tags (or tag elements). It is a pain to go and individually edit these tags by adding elements. Is there a way to create a template tag (Artist/Title/Album/Year etc) and then apply it to multiple songs? That way I'd only need to edit each for title and track number.

dBpoweramp can, select all files >> right click >> Edit Tag.

Then change all the items you want in one go, then click single to type the track names using the > arrow to move to next file.
