Audio CD TOC Error

I recently bought the first album by Evanescence, Fallen and I have just noticed something very peculiar. My copy is supposed to have only 11 tracks but CD Ripper and any CD player finds 12. When I play the track in question it appears to be a copy of track 4. Either the CD has the track present twice or the TOC has 2 entries both pointing to the same area of the CD.

Has anyone every come across a CD like this before?

A glace of FreeDB shows two versions of Fallen: an 11 track version (the original version) and a version that includes a new last track: "Farther Away". This is confirmed by a glance at Amazon.com which shows a version of Fallen with a bonus track.

Therefore, it is not an error but a wrong entry in the meta-data source.
