Is there a reason users dont have the option to edit their posts?

I believe you can, but only for a set amount of time. What that time is, I do not know.

It seems to be pretty short. I think the time limit should be removed, IMHO

        Re: Edit Posts

It is a common spammers trick to post a normal looking message, then 2 weeks later edit it to make it spam, no one notices it and the search engines (their goal) pick it up as a link from our site to theirs.

cant you enable longer editing times on users with a certain post count? I dont think Im about to turn into a spammer and most spammers wont post 50 or 100 posts just to be able to change posts.
