ogg. files

I have 3 short films in ogg. format. Can anyone tell me how I can convert these into a format that I can play on a normal DVD player?

It sounds like your videos are in a format called Theora. As for how to convert it to MPEG-2 for playing on a DVD player, I am not sure what mainstream video encoders support Theora.
