    Question about explorer

Whenever I start typing anything in a search box, theres this giant list of everything Ive ever searched for that shows up below it, and its annoying. What can I do to make it stop? I hate starting a sentence with the word A, and every single search that started with A is below it.

    Re: Question about explorer

If your using firefox, just select the choices and hit Shift+Delete to remove them. If your using Internet Explorer, I believe you have to clear your forms history.

            Re: Question about explorer

Its the thing, not when I type in the Address part, but when Im entering a search in like Yahoo or Google, that I hit a letter, and everything that I searched for that starts with that letter shows up. The Address part at the top of the screen doesnt do that after I clear history, but I see stuff on the list for the other thing that I looked up... months ago. ANd its a huge list that annoys the crap out of me because I dont want my whole middle part of explorer covered up with the box :vmad:

http://h1.ripway.com/ZoneIsBetter/OIC.bmp Theres a pic of what Im talking about!

Open up your Internet Options, click the "Content" tab, then "AutoComplete" and click "Clear Forms". Click OK and the list should be gone now.

Oh, I use the Google Toolbar and it has a Clear History option. This clears all of Google's separate searches as well.

Well, then hopefully a regular "Thank you" works!
