Converting from Vinyl

As a newbie I've successfully captured from vinyl to MP3 my first album side but can't find how to split the tracks (one big file so far). How do I do this and then how do I add tag details (obviously nothing input)? (Many LPs to go so looking for automation as far as possible!)
