Anyone know of a program that can add the genre to my mp3 collection? All my files are tagged perfectly except for the genre.

You can edit the ID tags - this is available by right-click in Windows Explorer. The Genre is an ID tag field.
Of course you have to provide that information yourself. If you identify a group of files to which this need be applied, you can highlight them all and add that tag value to all of them in one shot.
If you were asking if any program can search through a database and find the titles you have and copy the genres from there, I'm afraid that's not possible now. At ripping time it might have been possible.
