can't create uninstall icon short cut using spoon installer

i'm using spoon installer version 11

i can't create uninstall icon short cut. It works in add/remove but no short cut in startup --> program

Load the example Spoon install project (for spoon install its self, you need to install the source code), see how spoon install does it, also read the help file.
