streaming with dbpoweramp

i'm wondering if anyone has made attempts to stream with dbpoweramp. at this point i only have a general notion of how this might work, and am interested in specifics as to how it might be accomplished.

at this point i have created a web based mmc which is great on a local network, but obviously the ultimate is to stream the audio to anypoint. could this be accomplished with a dsp? something else?

would love to hear other ideas.
