Tag editing disables access to space containing files to be edited

Steps to reproduce this:

Have a single audio file somewhere, let's say the desktop.
Right-click it, select Edit ID-Tag.
Now try to interact with any other file on the desktop while the ID Tag Editing window is open.

I can't do it.

This is how the shell functions, the right click edit tag is like a property page, rather than running a seperate program.

This is how the shell functions, the right click edit tag is like a property page, rather than running a seperate program.

But if I select 'Properties' to look at the properties of a file, I can still interact (delete, open, etc.) with other files. I can't do this if I try to edit its ID tags.
