Setting Classpath variables

I'm trying to use Spoon Installer.

Is it possible to get the Installer to add the install directory to the classpath of either a Windows 98 or Windows XP/2k/NT box? I don't know if there's a command you can execute in dos to do this or what.

Any help is appreciated,
