Tag programming (library)

Hi, i'm interessting in tag programming, i have found the ID3 library at www.id3.org but i have the feeling that it only enable to edit mp3's tag. What about other format (ogg wma..)?Should i "adapte" the library?

Have a look at hydrogenaudio.org there is a guy there called Case he has a tag program with the source code that handles all formats.
