m4a nero (AAC) command line

I0ve installed dbpa 12 and nero enc with the CLI in its right folder but if I try to give this command:

"C:\Program Files\Illustrate\dBpoweramp\CoreConverter.exe" -infile="C:\out\in.mp3" -outfile="c:\out\out.m4a" -convert_to="mp4 Nero (AAC)"

it doesn't work (while it works for mp3 etc). I tried to give this:

-cli_encoder="C:\Program Files\Illustrate\dBpoweramp\encoder\neroAacEnc.exe " -cli_cmd="-q .45

but it's still not woking, why?

should be another folder between encoder and neroaacenc
