cd writer error

Have had the software for about a week. Keep getting error upon finishing the cd.
the last song was not closed, so it aborts. I have no idea what to do.
trying to burn .wav files from my computer. the files are ok I'm sure. I have uploaded them to my sites & they work fine threre.

manufacturer : Standard cd- rom drives
device Id : HL-DT-ST RW/DVD GCC-4481B
pent 4 3.06g HT
512 meg ram

please help if you can.

Are you making an audio cd or a data cd? What capcity cd are you using?
Rewritable or not?

How many minutes is it ending up for an audio cd? how many megs for a data cd?
