m4a files to audio CD- 1st 2 tracks perfect then... :(((

dl'ed the writer package (still got the trial version) and the codec converter for .m4a (apple lossless format). everything went smoothly...files played fine off track list, nothing went wrong in writing process, but when i wanted to play the files back nothing past the 1st two tracks would read - on the pc or a cd player! :(
Anyone got any ideas?

Does it show track03.cda if you look in windows explorer looking at the cd drive.

Yes it does see all the tracks - which is odd. Winamp and windows media player both can see the tracks and play them, well "play" them. It's horribly scratchy and jumps and practically freezes my pc (which is brand new - only got it in feb!)

Try using a different brand of CD-R disc, one of the known quality brands.
