If you are talking strictly about tracks on a regular cd where the tracks fade and blend into one another without a gap I believe the answer is "No".
If you don't mind having a gap between tracks I believe you can apply Volume Fade from dMC to allow each track to fade in and fade out. I have not tried this however.
If you have an audio editing program you could maybe use dMC to prepare the separate tracks with the volume fade and then glue the tracks together as a single track if you don't mind the work and if you don't mind giving up the ability to play each track separately.
If another user has a better suggestion youu could give that a try also.
Best wishes,
