I HAVE NEVER BEEN ABLE TO GET dbCD WRITER TO WORK

Ever since I purchased the dbCD Writer program, I have not been able to get it to work whatsoever. I get as far as setting up the playlist to burn the CD-R, and then when I press the burn button everything just locks up in Windows Me. I have to use the reboot button on my PC to get back to where I was. It has been a real pain!!!. I have tried just about everything I can think of but nothing changes. There seems to be some sort of major conflict with WIN ME or something 'cause nothing is working. :-(

It could be a problem with ASPI, have a look Support >> Audio CD Input - there is an ASPI listing program, checking program and update program.
