no recognition

When I try to rip , db upon refreshing does nothing,no player found it just says insert audio cd which I do.Also when trying to burn a comp.cd I click on burn and nothing happens no error messages or anything,Doing the aspi test seems to turn out ok. Win 98 system.

Does it not list the drive in: Audio CD Input >> Options (CD Drive section), if not then click Support (above) >> Audio CD Input and try the drive listing program.
