I want to burn A CD that will be copy right protected how can i do that...

You print on the label that you own the copyright. That would politely tell people not to violate it, and probably works better than any technical attempt at preventing copying. The only way to prevent a CD from being copied, is to prevent it from being read.

You would only use FLAGS SCMS to signal to the few people who spot it, that you have some geeky sense of humour ...)
