mp3 CD Questions

I make mp3 CDs for the car.

1) When making an mp3 CD, will it convert mp3s or only non-mp3 files. I set the mp3 settings to v0 Extreme, but some of my mp3s are CBR 320. I basically want it to do nothing to any mp3 file and only want to transcode aac files.
2) Will it create folders for each album, or is there a way to do this?

It will convert non-mp3s to mp3 also.

2) Depends if you set up a naming on the cd.

Thanks for the response! I understand.

1) The smart conversion is a rule section to leave the file as is. I see where it says no re encode. Perfect!
2) I use the file arrangement section to create folders.
