    SCSI pass thru errors

    Hi
When I use CD Writer to burn to either my USB or SATA attached drives I get these errors. Even if I burn at 4x I get these. I have tried about every compatability setting I can. I am running Windows 7 x64 on a server with 2 quad core 3.0's. so too slow hardware is not it. I never had these errors running XP x64 so I guess it is something else. I tried different cd media also. I also tried unistall and reinstall of latest version dBpoweramp-CDWriter-Registered-r3.
Now if I burn from Windows Media Player or Nero 9, it burns them fine on either cd burner. I really liked using CD Writer to burn cd's, can you look into this?
Is there some log I can send?

      Re: SCSI pass thru errors

I failed one for you, this time it happened starting on track 9. But it sat on closing track 8 forever on the status window. Seems to be in the middle of a cd like that, never at the begining of a burn. I was doing a standard 80min. cd. (I tried 74 also, same thing by the way).
      The error says:
Device Error. Error setting device write parameters (Track:9 SCSI Pass-thru Interface I/O error - 0xFF048F) [Tip cancel burn and try a slower write speed]

Try burning a CD with 6 tracks as a test, does that work?

          Hi,
Yes that worked with 6 songs.

It might just be that one disc type you are trying to create, try a different 10 or 12 track cd.

Tried a different one, same error but on "writing to track 7" this time.
