Failure to write CD

When I try to burn an mp3 CD 700 mB I get an error message that says "CD drive error. No additional error message was reported." Then the program hangs, and I have to stop it by Windows Task Manager (W2K). Your programs have otherwise been great, but I'd like to be able to burn this CD. Suggestions appreciated.

I would try a different make of CD-R disc.
