Error Flushing Device Cache on Track Close

I get error 0x00dffa regardless of how slow or fast I try to write a music CD using tracks ripped from a CD. Have upgraded the firmware on the drive a Lite-On iHAS222 Lightscribe to ver LO6. Running Windows XP64 Prof. Does anyone know what is causing this. Registered DB writer ver 3.1.

Update: No change when setting compatibility mode to XP or when changing read buffer to zero (detected as zero) or using default 1024 or even 2048. However, using Nero Express 6.6.1.15 to rip same audio CD and burn to new audio CD performs flawlessly and very fast. Sure would appreciate to know if there is some sort of compatibility issu between db writer and XP Pro 64?
