cd burner

Hello, been awhile since I have been on board, I do not have any power amp problems, but I have a problem if anyone would care to repond and I'll thank you in advance.

I am trying to use the windows media 11 burner, I put in a cd that has not been used but it will kick it out and tell me to insert a blank cd.

Would appreciate any help thanks again
