Coverting rm to Mp3 off Internet

I have found a track on the Internet that only will play on my RealPlayer. I have saved it into my playlist, but need to know how I can get in and covert this file to mp3, so that I will be able to burn it onto CD. Does anyone know how to do this? While there are some unanswered questions in life and even unanswered questions in this forum, I don't think this is one of them.

The first step in determining whether you can directly convert a streaming audio file is determining whether the audio can be downloaded and saved. Spoon explained the procedure for doing this. At that point the issue became theoretical only since the site where the streaming file originated apparently went out of existence.
